About Me

A Parent Educator and a mother of two, I found my calling after becoming a mom to my now 9 year old daughter when I realized that not everything about parenting is intuitive and discovered RIE® (Resources for Infant Educarers) through an online search. The philosophy resonated with me and has enhanced my parenting journey so much that I decided to pursue the professional path with the RIE® organization. 

I completed my Practicum at Natural Resources in San Francisco with Lee Fernandez, RIE® Associate, in 2018 right before having my second baby, and while pursuing the Pathways program with the RIE® organization and  interning, I've been offering Respect Based Parenting classes and currently teaching Parent Education-School Readiness at the Mt. Diablo Adult Education. 

My mission is to help parents raise authentic, self-confident, independent kids by providing guidance to build a relationship based on trust and respect right from the start.
